Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze and communicate financial results of projects to management
• Develop and maintain budget and cost reports and earned value analyses
• Assist in tracking project change orders and developing projections
• Support client billing and revenue collection processes
• Collaborate with project teams and finance departments to ensure financial accuracy
• Drive continuous improvement and use data tools for risk analysis and benchmarking

Requirements

• 3-5 years of financial or data analysis experience (public accounting experience is a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the construction industry
• Proficiency with SAP
• Experience using PowerBI for data visualization
