Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close for assigned portfolios, ensuring compliance with corporate timelines
• Act as a strategic advisor to business operations and senior management regarding financial performance
• Review and interpret contracts to support accurate revenue recognition and mitigate financial risk
• Manage end-to-end project administration, including system setup, billing, collections, and project close-out
• Maintain ownership of key project financial metrics such as Revenue, Margin, Unbilled, AR, and Backlog
• Partner with Project Managers to provide financial analysis and support for project performance
• Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and implementing optimized solutions
• Lead the planning and execution of department-wide initiatives and manage annual audit processes

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Korean
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in roles such as revenue analyst, project accounting, or auditor
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles
• Proven ability to read, interpret, and understand complex contract terms and conditions
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Ability to independently prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
