Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Participate in month-end general ledger close and reporting for designated China entities
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries
• Execute internal controls in accordance with the Haleon Internal Control Framework
• Provide Record to Report transaction processing support ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Perform analytical reviews of profit and loss accounts and balance sheet
• Resolve general accounting and reporting issues
• Collaborate with local stakeholders and finance functions such as P2P, O2C, and Stat
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to analyst team members
• Support dividend payment processes and related cashflow analysis
• Participate in compliance audits and respond to audit queries

Requirements

• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 4 years of general ledger and financial reporting experience
• Proficiency in SAP
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) for the China market
• Experience in treasury, commercial, or shared service centers

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent certification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage workload to meet key deadlines
• Proactive approach to process improvement
