Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Treasury operations, ensuring timely processing of payments and compliance with internal controls
• Monitor payment requests through Jira to ensure traceability and adherence to workflows
• Ensure proper accounting classification of affiliate-related costs and international transactions
• Prepare and monitor expense report reconciliations to improve cash flow management
• Identify and mitigate risks related to duplicate or incorrect payments
• Organize and maintain weekly and consolidated payment history
• Prepare and reconcile monthly OKP reconciliations
• Ensure timely filing of tax obligations related to international payments
• Validate tax documentation generated by BPO partners
• Support financial process automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide financial support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good understanding of Accounts Payable processes and treasury operations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of international payment tax obligations and regulatory compliance
• Experience with ERP or workflow management systems like Jira or SAP
• Experience with General Ledger classification and reconciliation
• Familiarity with process automation tools
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Slack
