Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis support, accounting support, and reconciliation analysis for global business segments
• Apply accounting fundamentals and principles to operational and closing activities
• Use technology and critical thinking to drive high-quality decision-making and process improvements
• Build meaningful relationships with internal partners and external customers
• Perform tasks such as capital budgeting, cost analysis, financial forecasting, and month-end close activities

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of finance or accounting work experience
• Fluent in written and oral English
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change and work effectively within a diverse, multicultural team

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Experience with SAP or JDE
• Knowledge of automation and productivity tools
• Proactive attitude and curiosity regarding new technologies and innovation
