Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as a key business partner to the On-Trade team, providing reporting and analysis to assist in channel performance reviews.
• Support Key Account Managers and Brand Managers by preparing data for monthly customer business review meetings.
• Lead financial discussions in monthly cycles regarding key metrics such as SNS/case for the channel.
• Support the Senior Finance Manager in the preparation of main financial reports and forecasting cycles.
• Participate in monthly S&BP cycles to review and drive channel performance.
• Assist in the month-end close process by analyzing variances and coordinating with the accounting department.
• Monitor trade spend and A&P (Advertising & Promotion) effectiveness within the channel.
• Support the implementation of pricing and discount strategies.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to implement automated reporting solutions and develop analytical tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Superior attention to detail with a focus on quality results.
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently in a high-volume, deadline-oriented environment.
