Responsibilities

As part of the Accelerate Development Program, you will rotate through strategic pillars including:

• Cost Accounting Specialist: Analyze financial impacts of material changes, report budget variances, monitor cost targets, and participate in Master Plan development.
• Strategic Budget Partner: Evaluate continuous improvement projects, guide cross-functional areas on budgeting processes, and coordinate Budget Forecasts to drive cost reduction.
• Present critical financial data and results to Plant Management and Business Units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
• Intermediate English proficiency (speaking and writing)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset

• Passion for corporate finance and industrial profitability
• Eagerness to master Business Process Systems (BPS)
