Finance Analyst/Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial activities including accounting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management accounts
• Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors, banks, and fund administrators
• Coordinate regular investor reporting and manage investor relationships
• Lead annual budget preparation and cashflow forecasting
• Track and monitor portfolio financials and run portfolio valuations
• Process invoices, salaries, and payments while managing firm-wide cash flow
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate transaction records
• Review, monitor, and implement financial policies and internal corporate compliance

Requirements

• BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics from a recognized institution
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Finance or Accounting (Big 4 experience preferred)
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACA, ACCA, CFA, or CPA
• Proficiency in financial software including Zoho, Xero, or QuickBooks
• Advanced MS Excel skills and strong analytical/numerical abilities
• Solid knowledge of financial and tax regulations
• Fluency in English
• Strong ethics and the ability to manage confidential data
