Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post recurring journal entries including quarterly accruals and expense reclasses
• Review supplier invoices for accuracy and appropriate coding
• Research and resolve expense-related issues with internal stakeholders
• Roll-forward Excel-based templates for planning and forecast cycles
• Run Workday reports and refresh supplemental files for management reporting
• Support the Expense Reporting team with reconciliations and inquiries
• Assist with expense input into projection tools and validate consolidated expenses
• Support Corporate Finance ad-hoc projects, process improvements, and special analyses
• Assist with process documentation, testing, and internal controls to support audits

Requirements

• BS in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related discipline
• Advanced Excel proficiency including XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and pivot tables
• Strong understanding of accounting principles such as depreciation and amortization
• Ability to manage and interpret large datasets from diverse sources
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and verbal/written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday, TM1, or Anaplan
• Experience with project-based reporting
