Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated financial models using predictive analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy.
• Identify and implement process automation solutions for month-end closing tasks and manual journal entries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic financial guidance and data-driven storytelling.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to provide real-time visibility into cost drivers.
• Perform complex scenario modeling and "what-if" analysis to support business decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover efficiencies and champion the adoption of new financial technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Advanced Excel skills, specifically with Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, with SAP experience being preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret high-volume data and identify trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, MBA, or Data Analytics certification.
• Basic understanding of automation tools such as Alteryx, Python, or VBA.
