Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support and counsel for the Gulf and Pakistan regions within the Diabetes Care division
• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including monthly and quarterly forecasting and business reviews
• Partner with country General Managers on sales, expense, and headcount forecasting
• Manage the integrity of the P&L, including sales, expenses, and investment data
• Coordinate monthly closing of financial books and ensure compliance with corporate policies
• Develop business cases for new product launches, tenders, and regional projects
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to support regional goals

Requirements

• BS or BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• At least 5 years of FP&A experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• High proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office programs
• Strong analytical, data gathering, and business acumen skills
• Ability to work under tight delivery timelines and take proactive initiative

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or professional accounting qualification
• Experience with Cognos-based financial systems
