About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle customer and supplier accounts receivable/payable
- Manage invoicing and payment follow-ups
- Perform ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliation against balance and income statement accounts
- Support monthly and annual closings
- Administer and follow up on contracts, subscriptions, and insurance
- Plan, compile, and follow up on budgets
- Report to banks, Kammarkollegiet, Skatteverket, Länsstyrelse, and other foundation-related actors
- Manage office daily functions including supplies and courier services
- Handle technical administration for mobile phones, computers, and digital meeting facilities
- Support program operations for school classes and distribution of school materials
Requirements
- Education or at least two years of experience in finance/accounting
- Proficiency in accounting systems, CRM systems, and Excel
- Structured, accurate, and responsible work style
- Service-oriented and collaborative mindset
