Responsibilities

• Manage financial administration including booking purchase and sales invoices
• Process bank statements and verify invoices and payment reminders
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable, including monitoring payment terms
• Communicate with suppliers regarding invoices and payments
• Support monthly closings by providing and processing financial data for reports
• Maintain the general ledger and archive financial documents
• Optimize processes and assist with the credit check process for analyzing legitimate buyers

Requirements

• HBO degree in Finance & Control, Accountancy, Business Economics, or International Business
• 4-6 years of experience within a sales-driven international organization
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to quickly learn ERP systems
• Strong administrative skills and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
• Excellent verbal and written Dutch language skills
• Sufficient knowledge of the English language
