About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage supplier invoices from receipt through to payment
  • Maintain supplier and client master data and onboarding records
  • Support electronic invoicing via the Italian SDI system
  • Liaise with external accountants on VAT and F24 payments
  • Support labour cost monitoring and payroll reconciliations
  • Coordinate with the Shared Service Centre for payment processing
  • Reconcile financial information across systems
  • Assist with month-end close, audit preparation, and financial reporting
  • Support project teams with administrative and tender documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance administration, accounting, or bookkeeping
  • Strong knowledge of Italian accounting and administrative processes
  • Experience with accounts payable and supplier management
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Fluent Italian and good English communication skills
  • Mandatory registration under Categorie Protette (Law 68/99)
