About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage supplier invoices from receipt through to payment
- Maintain supplier and client master data and onboarding records
- Support electronic invoicing via the Italian SDI system
- Liaise with external accountants on VAT and F24 payments
- Support labour cost monitoring and payroll reconciliations
- Coordinate with the Shared Service Centre for payment processing
- Reconcile financial information across systems
- Assist with month-end close, audit preparation, and financial reporting
- Support project teams with administrative and tender documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance administration, accounting, or bookkeeping
- Strong knowledge of Italian accounting and administrative processes
- Experience with accounts payable and supplier management
- Proficiency with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Fluent Italian and good English communication skills
- Mandatory registration under Categorie Protette (Law 68/99)
