About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and financial support across Room and F&B, HR, Accounts, Purchasing, and General Administration departments.
- Manage high-volume and complex customer accounts with a focus on accurate data entry and numerical precision.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with key clients to ensure efficient invoicing and timely payments.
- Ensure all finance administration functions are organized and operate in a highly efficient manner.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in finance, administration, or accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Opera, and Oracle.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and perform accurately under pressure.
