Finance & Accounts Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee books of accounts and ledgers
• Manage invoice processing, entries, and reconciliations
• Drive monthly and annual financial closures
• Prepare MIS, financial reports, and analysis
• Handle day-to-day finance operations including payment processing and PO management
• Manage cash flow planning, working capital, and expense tracking
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Assist in setting up finance processes and systems for startup growth

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• CA, M.com, or B.Com qualification
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and GST/TDS compliance
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting tools
• Experience in a startup environment is preferred
