Finance Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle accounting and month end closing activities including intercompany transactions, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Manage fixed asset registers and multi-currency accounting consolidations
• Review invoices and expense reports
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare Monthly MIS, including standalone and consolidated financials
• Coordinate activities during yearly audits
• Prepare data for ITR (India and USA), Form 1099, and FBAR

Requirements

• Experience with QuickBooks or willingness to learn
• Experience in US accounting
• Basic knowledge of Form 1099, Form 1120, and State & Use tax
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or CA dropout
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• Good spoken and written English
