Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day finance operations for German and US entities
• Prepare invoices for payment and run the accounts payable process end to end
• Support the billing process and interface with Sales and RevOps in the Deal Desk
• Support Accounting with revenue recognition and data accuracy in source systems
• Handle preparatory accounting tasks for month-end close
• Work directly with tax advisors, budget owners, and employees
• Enforce and maintain internal policy frameworks
• Manage the dunning process and partner with Customer Experience on collections
• Support employees with expense reports and documentation
• Support payroll and employee benefits tracking with tax advisors

Requirements

• Currently enrolled full-time in a BA or MSc program in Berlin
• Available 20 hours per week
• Strong attention to detail and structured way of working
• Comfortable owning operational processes
• Clear communicator for internal and external stakeholders
• Discretion and sound judgment with confidential work
• Fluent in English (German is a strong plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• First practical experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping
• Familiarity with accounts payable, month-end close, or expense management tools
• Exposure to international or multi-entity setups (Germany and US)
• Experience working with tax advisors or payroll providers
