Finance Accounting & Tax Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily financial operations and ensure accuracy in all accounting processes
• Oversee the preparation and timely submission of financial reports
• Manage and monitor taxation activities to ensure compliance with local regulations
• Lead and coordinate the finance and accounting team to meet organizational goals
• Utilize ERP systems to maintain precise financial records and data integrity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar supervisory role
• Proficiency in accounting information systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Accurate, or Zahir
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and organizational management skills
• High level of detail orientation, trustworthiness, and analytical capability

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the mining industry
• Experience managing complex financial operations in a large-scale corporate environment
