Finance & Accounting Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze company margins and monitor key financial indicators
• Participate in tax planning and assessment of tax risks
• Coordinate funding processes and ensure company liquidity
• Participate in budgeting and short-term financial planning
• Analyze and approve expenses in accordance with internal policies
• Work with contracts and evaluate their financial terms
• Interact with banks regarding operational activities and financial monitoring
• Coordinate financial processes between business units and accounting
• Participate in the optimization and automation of financial and operational processes

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or related fields
• Ability to work independently with financial calculations and decision-making
• Experience with BAS or 1C
• Attention to detail and systemic thinking
• High level of self-organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with multiple legal entities
• Experience interacting with banks and undergoing financial monitoring procedures
• Understanding of Diia City operational specifics
• Experience in improving or automating financial processes
