Finance & Accounting Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations within the Supply Chain Management function.
• Review and verify invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts to ensure accurate coding and approval.
• Handle invoice exceptions and resolve discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
• Process payments and reconcile vendor statements to ensure accounts are up to date.
• Utilize SAP, Ariba, and Epro platforms for invoice management and procurement workflows.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Participate in low complexity initiatives to drive team effectiveness and process improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ months of Finance experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or education.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, preferably within a Supply Chain or Procurement environment.
• Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, and Epro systems.
• Strong understanding of the invoice lifecycle, three-way matching, and exception handling.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills to manage vendor and internal stakeholder relationships.
