Finance & Accounting Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations within the Supply Chain Management function
• Review and verify invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts to ensure accurate coding and approval
• Handle invoice exceptions and resolve discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams and external vendors
• Process payments including electronic transfers and checks in a timely and accurate manner
• Reconcile vendor statements and monitor accounts to ensure payments are within agreed terms
• Utilize SAP, Ariba, and Epro platforms for invoice management and procurement workflows
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable
• Participate in initiatives to drive team effectiveness through data preparation and research

Requirements

• 6+ months of Finance experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or education
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
• Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, and Epro systems
• Strong understanding of the invoice lifecycle and three-way matching processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable within a Supply Chain or Procurement environment
• Strong analytical skills and ability to perform variance and trend analyses
• Excellent communication skills for managing vendor and internal stakeholder relationships
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
