About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative and management functions within the Finance, Accounting & Tax department
- Present comprehensive financial and tax reports to assist hospital management in decision-making
- Implement accounting and reporting guidelines in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards
- Plan and coordinate the reporting and payment of company tax obligations
- Control hospital cash flow, including management of debts and receivables
- Verify accuracy and timeliness of Doctor's Fees and other payments
- Foster cooperation across departments to ensure smooth financial operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the same field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar leadership position preferred
- Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and tax regulations
- High precision in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
- Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Brevet A and tax brevet certification
