Finance, Accounting and Tax Department Head

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative and management functions within the Finance, Accounting & Tax department
• Present comprehensive financial and tax reports to assist hospital management in decision-making
• Implement accounting and reporting guidelines in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards
• Plan and coordinate the reporting and payment of company tax obligations
• Control hospital cash flow, including management of debts and receivables
• Verify accuracy and timeliness of Doctor's Fees and other payments
• Foster cooperation across departments to ensure smooth financial operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the same field
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar leadership position preferred
• Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and tax regulations
• High precision in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
• Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel
