Established in 2009, EPOS Vietnam serves as the technical hub of EPOS Singapore, a leading provider of cutting-edge Point-of-Sale (POS) and SaaS solutions. Backed by Ant International, we play a pivotal role in developing innovative, scalable, and user-centric digital solutions that power EPOS products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes using Xero
• Reconcile AR/AP balances and payment gateway transactions
• Monitor debtors and implement strategies to prevent bad debts
• Perform weekly bank reconciliations and monitor daily bank balances
• Execute daily fund settlements and intercompany transfers
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes and audit preparations
• Issue VAT output invoices and prepare/file VAT returns
• Manage customs declarations and payments for equipment imports
• Streamline workflows to improve financial operation transparency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury roles
• Familiarity with VAS knowledge and VAT regulations
• Experience with customs documentation and international trade processes
• Proficiency in Xero and advanced Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and internal control standards
• Fluency in English
