About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform final quality control (QC) checks to ensure products conform to customer requirements
- Provide training and technical support to Quality Inspectors and other departments
- Verify product compliance with specifications and company standards
- Review inspection results and perform supplemental inspections for accuracy
- Document all final QC check results within the ERP system
- Communicate inspection findings cross-functionally to resolve quality issues
- Provide technical support to Sales and Purchasing departments
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (2- or 4-year college degree preferred)
- 3–5+ years of experience in quality inspection of electronic components
- Strong understanding of electronic components and EPA handling procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with failure analysis methodologies such as decapsulation and solder testing
- Experience with basic electrical or functional testing
