Final Mile Delivery Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery operations and ensure route coverage by DSPs
• Monitor live delivery systems and address operational challenges in real-time
• Review EPOD images and performance data to ensure service quality
• Escalate critical issues to DSPs or internal management
• Identify and implement solutions for recurring operational challenges
• Use Excel and SQL to analyze trends and identify errors
• Prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable recommendations
• Maintain cost awareness in operational decision-making

Requirements

• Experience in home delivery operations or logistics
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations with multiple variables
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in team management
• Excellent relationship management and communication abilities
• Right to work in the UK
