Final Mile Delivery Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery operations to ensure all routes are covered efficiently by Delivery Service Partners (DSPs)
• Monitor live delivery systems and address operational challenges in real-time
• Review EPOD images and performance data to ensure service quality meets customer expectations
• Identify, analyse, and implement solutions for recurring operational challenges
• Use data tools such as Excel or SQL to analyse trends and uncover opportunities for improvement
• Prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable recommendations
• Maintain cost awareness in all operational decision-making and improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in home delivery operations or a similar logistics role
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in team management
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Ability to build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Independent right to work in the UK
