Final Assembler

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site evaluations and measure installation areas
• Receive, inspect, and acclimate materials to the environment
• Install cabinets, glass doors, end panels, and drawer fronts per blueprints and client specifications
• Repair or replace damaged materials and match patterns for a seamless finish
• Perform quality inspections during and after installation
• Communicate with clients regarding preferences, questions, and maintenance
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cabinet finisher
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices
• Completion of a relevant apprenticeship or vocational training
• Proficiency with cutting and shaping tools
• Ability to interpret installation specifications and blueprints
• Fluency in Spanish or additional languages
