Filmmaker

Responsibilities

• Capture and direct small to medium-scale video projects including tutorials, retail content, craftsmanship showcases, backstages, and product launches.
• Participate in pre-production by preparing references, storytelling, and organizing technical requirements.
• Ensure visual and qualitative consistency with the Maison's artistic direction and universe.
• Conduct creative and competitive monitoring of video formats, social media trends, and new digital usages.
• Propose new creative and editorial formats to enrich the brand's content.
• Manage post-production tasks including editing, color grading, sound mixing, subtitling, and format adaptations for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and WeChat.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience in video editing and/or directing.
• Formal training in Cinema or Audiovisual studies.
• Proven experience within the fashion or luxury industry.
• A strong fashion sensibility and a sincere understanding of the Polène universe.
• High level of autonomy, rigor, and reactivity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
