Filling Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform product inspection for defects, leaks, and particulates
• Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity to company standards
• Adjust machine components, tension, and pressure according to warehouse standards
• Regulate machine flow, speed, and temperature
• Stop or reset machines during malfunctions and clear jams
• Occasionally assist in the blending of oil and terpenes
• Monitor machine replacement part inventory and notify the Fill Specialist
• Troubleshoot machine operations to reduce waste

Requirements

• Knowledge of filling and Q/C Q/A operations and regulatory guidelines
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work within established warehouse procedures
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess a valid Arizona State Issued ID
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 45 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a pharmaceutical or medical manufacturing department
• Experience in a marijuana facility, medical device, or allied health science environment
• Experience in product Q/C and Q/A within a regulated environment
