Filling Technician

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions accurately at designated filling stations along the conveyor
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment
• Manage and stock received pharmacy inventory
• Package orders securely for shipment to patients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the filling station
• Monitor station queues and meet daily pharmacy production goals
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met for all patient orders
• Communicate effectively with internal team members to resolve issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, or move items up to 25 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to use multiple software programs for order fulfillment

Preferred Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification
• Ohio Board of Pharmacy registration
• Prior experience working in a pharmacy environment
