Responsibilities

• Operate filling machinery and related equipment during your assigned shift
• Set up and adjust filling parameters according to production specifications
• Monitor the filling process to ensure accurate volumes and proper sealing of cans
• Conduct quality checks and take corrective actions as needed
• Perform routine maintenance on filling equipment
• Report equipment issues to the maintenance team
• Follow cleaning and sanitation protocols for filling equipment
• Ensure cleanliness of the filling area to meet hygiene standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Filler Operator or in a related role
• Understanding of filling equipment operation and adjustments
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues
• Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy equipment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
