Filler Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate filling machinery and related equipment during the assigned shift
• Set up and adjust filling parameters according to production specifications
• Monitor the filling process to ensure accurate volumes and proper sealing of cans
• Conduct quality checks and take corrective actions to maintain high standards
• Perform routine maintenance and report equipment issues to the maintenance team
• Follow strict cleaning and sanitation protocols for all filling equipment and areas
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Filler Operator or in a related production role
• Strong understanding of filling equipment operation and adjustments
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
