Filler Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean multiple high speed filling machines in a sanitary and efficient manner
• Perform all tasks related to operating and cleaning filling equipment
• Complete paperwork according to government regulations and company requirements
• Safely operate assigned equipment following JHA requirements
• Consistently meet production quotas
• Maintain weights, codes, packaging, temperature levels, and sanitizing to ensure quality
• Comply with all production and sanitation policies and guidelines

Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods (8+ hours)
• Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) frequently
• Ability to carry 40-60 lbs frequently
• Ability to push/pull up to 75 lbs frequently
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting
• Basic computer skills
