Filler Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate automated and manual filling, packing, and labelling equipment
• Perform efficient production line setups and changeovers, including full clean downs
• Monitor and record performance against targets for HSE, quality, OEE, and waste
• Organize production components in a timely manner to maintain line efficiency
• Complete all required paperwork clearly and accurately
• Communicate effectively with team members and escalate issues to the Line Leader promptly
• Participate in daily briefings, safety activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organization

Requirements

• GCSE/NVQ level 2 or equivalent, or 3 years of experience in filling/packing operations
• Proven experience within the chemical filling and packing industry
• Strong numeracy skills to interpret work orders, filling records, and data
• Competency in operating equipment with PLCs and interpreting business system data
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal communication and teamwork abilities
