Responsibilities

• Lead the operational management of a store in Hannover, overseeing a team of over 30 employees.
• Ensure optimal workflows by monitoring store productivity and achieving key KPIs, such as delivery times and picking accuracy.
• Manage weekly staff scheduling and implement efficient personnel and resource planning.
• Oversee recruiting, leadership, and professional development for Shift Leads, Ops Associates, and Riders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies as well as health and safety standards.
• Take full responsibility for warehouse management and all associated processes.
• Act as a role model for the team by maintaining a hands-on approach in daily operations.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in grocery retail, retail, gastronomy, delivery services, or hospitality in a management or assistant management role.
• Strong commercial understanding and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• High level of resilience, commitment, flexibility, and a results-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a confident professional presence.
• Proficiency in German or English.
