FIFO Utility All Rounder

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Execute cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and floor stripping/sealing
• Provide food and beverage service in accordance with required service standards
• Assist with kitchen hand duties and general bar duties as required
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service areas, and kitchen environments
• Ensure supplies, food items, and consumables are fully stocked during service periods
• Manage waste removal and maintain accurate cash handling procedures where applicable

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a FIFO or DIDO minesite (Housekeeping, Dining Room, Tavern, or Kitchen)
• Previous experience in hospitality or professional cleaning
• Current unrestricted driver's license
• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment
• Ability to obtain a Police Clearance
• Ability to work a 14/7 FIFO roster departing from Brisbane Airport
