About the role
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach to present options to new and existing customers
- Oversee technicians’ recommendations and present to homeowners
- Present customers with multiple purchasing options including financing
- Understand company product offerings to maximize customer experience
- Actively follow up on all sales leads and customer requests
- Provide a world-class customer experience with every interaction
- Manage and develop a team of technicians to set up leads
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience
- Strong ability to understand basic technical information related to HVAC equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in field environments, climb ladders, and move materials up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Some college or technical school education
