About the role

Responsibilities

  • Use a consultative sales approach to present options to new and existing customers
  • Oversee technicians’ recommendations and present to homeowners
  • Present customers with multiple purchasing options including financing
  • Understand company product offerings to maximize customer experience
  • Actively follow up on all sales leads and customer requests
  • Provide a world-class customer experience with every interaction
  • Manage and develop a team of technicians to set up leads

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience
  • Strong ability to understand basic technical information related to HVAC equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work in field environments, climb ladders, and move materials up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some college or technical school education
