About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform installations, servicing, and maintenance on systems at client locations
- Ensure the performance of TOMRA RVM systems
- Train clients on system usage and maintenance
- Analyze and report potential areas for system improvement to Product Managers
- Update inventory of spare parts, tools, and accessories
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar service or maintenance position
- Secondary, higher, or technical certifications
- Category B driver's license without restrictions
- Experience in direct customer interaction
- Native Romanian and preferably intermediate English
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering
