Field Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, servicing, and maintenance on systems at client locations
• Ensure the performance of TOMRA RVM systems
• Train clients on system usage and maintenance
• Analyze and report potential system improvement areas to Product Managers
• Update inventory for spare parts, tools, and accessories

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar service or maintenance position
• Secondary, higher, or technical certifications in a technical field
• Valid Category B driver's license
• Experience in direct customer interaction
• Native Romanian and intermediate English

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering
