Field Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing, mechanical, or structural issues across Throne units in the field
• Perform routine maintenance on water, pump, and electrical systems
• Replace and repair components such as valves, fittings, tanks, hoses, seals, toilets, and faucets
• Inspect and service pumps, lines, wires, and sensors related to waste management and water flow
• Complete minor electrical work including resetting breakers and testing voltage
• Maintain accurate service records including diagnostics and parts used
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and design teams to suggest improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing, mechanical maintenance, or electrical work
• Proficiency using plumbing tools and materials safely
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills
• Ability to identify and fix issues with pumps, valves, fittings, and water systems
• Experience with basic electrical testing and low-voltage systems
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfort working with human waste systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Certification or license in plumbing or electrical fields
• Experience with portable sanitation or RV waste systems
• Familiarity with smart technology or IoT-enabled equipment
• California OSHA-compliant forklift certification
