Field Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute high-complexity corrective and preventive maintenance on telecommunications infrastructure, RF, towers, and structured cabling
• Perform site optimization through detailed RF reports and technical adjustments to ensure maximum signal quality and coverage
• Conduct advanced installation and configuration of radios and replacement of parts in alignment with engineering specifications
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting of site infrastructure and RF equipment to identify and resolve root causes
• Act as the primary interface and support for the NOC to diagnose and escalate critical tickets
• Manage the ticket lifecycle by preparing detailed troubleshooting and closing reports to ensure technical documentation quality
• Maintain availability for travel up to 75% of the time based in Mossoró/RN

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in technical support and implementation of RF and Telecommunications infrastructure
• Technical degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Electronics
• Active CFT registration
• Valid CNH Category B driver's license
• Current NR10 and NR35 (Work at Height) certifications
• Proficiency in RF infrastructure, towers, radio links, and structured cabling
• Experience with mission-critical communication protocols such as APCO25, DMR, and/or DIMETRA
• Basic knowledge of server operating systems including Unix, Linux, and Windows Server
