About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform construction materials testing, site observations, and assessments on residential and commercial projects
- Operate field equipment and conduct tests according to drawings, specifications, and instructions
- Prepare daily reports, data documentation, and timesheets for supervisor approval
- Communicate with supervisors and dispatch to obtain daily work assignments
- Obtain client field authorizations and advise supervisors of scope changes or potential budget overruns
- Maintain positive business relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
Requirements
