About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the electronic ticketing system equipment for urban transport according to defined duties
- Restore field equipment faults across Attica
- Record equipment status and perform preventive maintenance
- Conduct proper usage checks and provide user instructions and guidance
- Manage spare parts/material transport and issue related documents
- Collaborate with level-2 engineers to resolve specialized faults
Requirements
- Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Automation (TEI/IEK/EPAL level)
- Good computer skills
- Good English language proficiency
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing or maintaining POS, ATM, vending machines, alarms, or automation panels
