Field Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain gas migration control/recovery systems
• Perform routine wellfield balancing, blower/flare operations, and condensate management
• Conduct surface emissions monitoring and field sampling at various test locations
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain analytical and monitoring equipment
• Perform mechanical maintenance including greasing blowers, cleaning tanks, and repairing pumps
• Collect, evaluate, and interpret scientific data and maintain daily field logs
• Communicate technical data and observations to supervisors and clients

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and read maps or construction plans
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted
• Ability to perform physical tasks including hand excavation, climbing ladders, and operating man lifts
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Ability to understand and follow regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Related experience in mechanical, construction, environmental, or solid waste fields
