Field Technician

Responsibilities

• Deliver TV and Smart Home solutions to customers in their homes
• Consult homeowners on smart home possibilities and technology options
• Provide world-class customer service and technical expertise
• Represent the company brand professionally during daily customer interactions

Requirements

• Ability to stand on high ladders (up to 40 feet) for long periods
• Ability to lift over 70 lbs and crawl into small spaces
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets safety standards
• Aptitude for building rapport quickly with customers
• Ability to work in varying climates and weather conditions
