Field Technician

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes
• Educate customers on how to use their new technology and offer additional services
• Maintain a professional attitude and a clean work area while working independently
• Solve technical problems on-site to ensure a world-class customer experience

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to climb ladders up to 40 feet
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Schedule flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and tight spaces
