About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute on-site appointments and maintain an on-site toolkit
- Identify client-initiated scope changes and hand them off to remote support
- Manage ticket queue and workload to meet contractual SLA requirements
- Document work and time accurately in internal systems
- Prioritize and escalate tickets, client care situations, and sales opportunities
- Maintain professional communication and client relationships
- Manage in-office equipment inventory for internal and external use
- Stay current with technology standards, tools, and security requirements
Requirements
- Basic or fundamental Microsoft 365 admin experience
- Basic or fundamental networking experience with exposure to SonicWall or Meraki
- Ability to work out of the NYC office 5x a week
- Ability to commute to client appointments in NYC, other boroughs, Long Island, and NJ
- Exceptional client care skills including strong verbal and written grammar
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-4 years of strong Microsoft 365 admin experience
- Strong networking experience specifically with Meraki hardware and administration
- Prior experience working with a Managed Services Provider (MSP)
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity
- Valid driver's license
