Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for operational issues within fulfillment centers
- Resolve product-specific issues within the operation
- Perform independent analysis and necessary checks based on operational data
- Conduct on-site repairs and utilize technical expertise to resolve hardware or software issues
- Diagnose and identify the root causes of technical problems
- Collaborate effectively with various teams to organize and execute solutions
- Produce effective and permanent solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Document all encountered issues and resolutions in detail
Requirements
- Experience in Information Technology (IT) or field support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide organizational solutions to technical challenges
- Proactive approach to handling operational and product-specific issues
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
