About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computers, printers, POS systems, and communication equipment across client branches
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and incident diagnosis
- Manage email configurations, data backups, and information migration
- Execute operating system installations, domain joining, and system imaging
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, monitors, and printers
- Handle ticket requests and provide excellent user service
Requirements
- Technical degree in systems, informatics, or a related field
- At least one year of experience providing field technical support
- Proficiency in hardware repair, including hard drive replacement
- Strong knowledge of networking and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work on-site in Delicias, Chihuahua
- Excellent customer service attitude and availability to handle support tickets
