Field Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computers, printers, POS systems, and communication equipment across client branches
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and incident diagnosis
• Manage email configurations, data backups, and information migration
• Execute operating system installations, domain joining, and system imaging
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, monitors, and printers
• Handle ticket requests and provide excellent user service

Requirements

• Technical degree in systems, informatics, or a related field
• At least one year of experience providing field technical support
• Proficiency in hardware repair, including hard drive replacement
• Strong knowledge of networking and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work on-site in Delicias, Chihuahua
• Excellent customer service attitude and availability to handle support tickets
